Together with the Procurement Leaders Network, Capgemini launched a survey to get answers to these questions. According to the survey results, every second CPO wants to outsource at least parts of their indirect spend within the next 24 months. Cost is still a major driver for them and to achieve the aggressive targets procurement outsourcing initiatives seem to be the next logical step.
